Elit faced the challenge of instituting ELL Technologies Ltd.’s language learning products in The Turkish Universities and English Preparatory Schools. Initially, Elit wanted to the Q English online computer-based learning program for the Turkish University Library Project. Ultimately, the goal is to establish Q products and Quartet Blended Learning method throughout the Turkish Universities system. |

The Solution |
| In Cooperation with ELL Technologies Ltd., Elit introduced the benefits of Quartet to the English Preparatory Class and the University Management, offering Q English Online courses for the Turkish University Library Project in January 2009, as the first stage to attaining the goal ultimate goal.
Elit offered the Q English Online interactive, self study learning site to the university, at an affordable price, for students and staff. The solution included management of simultaneous users on the site. |

The Q English Online Product is the heart of the Library Project, since it represents the countries knowledge center for teaching English as a foreign language in Universities and Educational Institutions. In addition, Elit included an option for using Q English Online by students at the University. By integrating the LMS database with the Universities database, and allowing students to sign in with their academic email username and password, Elit increased the uptake and awareness of Q English courses online. |

Today, thousands of Turkish Students around Turkey are learning English with the innovative and effective Q English Online courses. They are familiarizing themselves with ELL Technologies Ltd., its pedagogical method and the language learning solutions. Through the students’ positive interaction with Q English, Elit will revolutionize the University curriculum to incorporate the Q English Online courses, a proven and well-know teaching pedagogy, as part of its foreign language foundation. |
